Mission Statement
To maintain and protect the Cascade River Watershed for present and future generations to enjoy and appreciate.
Objectives
 | Use sustainable tourism practices to encourage protection of the river. |
| Facilitate the linking of the Superior Hiking Trail with the Eagle Mountain Trail to create a trail system connecting the lowest point in Minnesota, Lake Superior, with its highest point on Eagle Mountain. |
| Engage watershed landowners in a meaningful dialogue that helps ensure the Cascade River's long-term water quality. |
| Protect existing recreational trails, such as the Bally Creek Ski Trail, within the watershed. |
